Return Goods Policies

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging (AIRO Merchandise is excluded from this criteria)
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

• Send us an email at airo@airoactive.ca and make the subject "returns & exchanges - ORDER NUMBER"
• We will respond within 48 hours and let you know next steps
• Option 1: Pay & print the shipping label, Option 2: return the items in person in Toronto
• Send all items back to us using the label provided

 

Shipping

• FOR TORONTO: Items purchased before Sunday of a certain week will be shipped out by Sunday the following week. For example, if you purchase an item on September 10th, you will receive it by September 17th
• OUT OF PROVINCE: Please refer to your tracking number and determine when it is expected to arrive.
